- Establishment expediting control levels and methods for each PO and each type of equipment and material.
- Monitoring fabrication schedules for critical equipment with particular specification or long lead delivery based on project requirement.
- Investigation of any delays in vendor Activities prior to submission of remedial recommendations to limit delayed deliveries against project planned dates.
- Regular reporting of current status of procured items.
- Coordination of inspections schedules and issue of verifying information.
